What are pre-orders and/or special orders?

  • Is an order that is pre-paid for
  • are items that are not in stock, but are ordered through the brand(s) (for example: xero shoes, peerko, shapen, ect...)

How long do pre-orders and/or special orders take to arrive to me?

  • It depends on the brand
  • It can take one week up to 4 months (Saguaro takes the longest to ship. Xero Shoes and Red Pine Outdoor is the shortest.)

Do the shoes include shipping?

  • Yes, when the order is two pairs of adult shoes
  • Yes, when the order is two pairs of kids shoes
  • Shipping is not included after buying 3 or more pairs of shoes

If shipping is not included; how much is shipping?

  • It depends on how many shoes you order, the weight and the destination
  • Expect from $40 to $100 extra depending on how many shoes you order and the weight and destination

If my shoes are the wrong size, can I get the next size up?

  • No, you can however exchange your item and/or ask for a refund
  • You can exchange your item for any item that I have in stock
  • If you do not want to exchange your item, you will receive a full refund

In order to receive a full Refund and/or Exchange the shoe:

  • Must not be worn outside
  • Must not be worn inside for more than just trying them on (please WEAR CLEAN SOCKS when trying on the shoes and on a clean surface)
  • Must not have any smells (including cigarette smoke, cigar smoke, laundry detergent, cologne, perfume, dryer sheets, foot odor, animal smells, ect...)
  • Must not have any rips, tears, visible wear, animal fur, animal dander; or stains from paint, markers, pens, crayons, erasers, ect...
  • Refunds will only be given after a visual and scent inspection and are upon the discretion of the owner
